Avocado Cilantro Dressing
• 1/2 avocado
• 1 cup of cilantro leaves and stems • 1 clove of organic garlic • 1/4 cup of coconut cream (or organic grass-fed Greek yogurt for Keto) • 1 squeeze of lime juice • 1/4 cup water • 1/2 tsp sea salt
1) Place all ingredients into the blender,
Blend for 30 seconds.
2) Pour into bowl with mixed salad greens, toss and enjoy!
Note: add any additional veggies, nuts, or berries you like to your salad to personalize to your taste.
