Paleo Breakfast Egg Muffins
This recipe makes about 6-9 muffins.
INGREDIENTS • 6 eggs (Use pasture-raised eggs if you can find them at your local grocery. Not to be confused with pasteurized eggs)
• Use coconut oil, ghee, or grass-fed butter to grease the muffin tins lightly. • Sea salt + pepper to taste * Any meat/veggies/herbs you like. Use 1/4 cup of each ingredient chosen
INSTRUCTIONS 1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease muffin tins with coconut oil, ghee, or grass-fed butter. 2) Chop veggies/meat/herbs 3) Whisk eggs well in a large bowl, add sea salt + pepper
4) Add meat/veggies/herbs
5) Pour into muffin tins.
6) Bake for 20-25 mins, until eggs are fully cooked through.
Note: Check with a toothpick. Enjoy! 🍳
